Barry joined NCIG in 2012 as the Manager – Assets and Infrastructure, before transferring to the role of Manager – Operations in 2016. He has held management positions across multiple coal export terminals and an aluminium smelter with experience in project, maintenance, engineering and operations management. Barry holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, a graduate diploma in asset management, and an MBA from the University of East London.
In 2021, Barry moved back into the role of Manager – Assets and Infrastructure to bring a fresh approach and innovative thinking to the terminal’s maintenance and asset management.
