At NCIG we believe that strong, respectful relationships with community are the foundation of everything we do. That’s why we’re inviting expressions of interest to join our Community Engagement Group (CEG).
The CEG provides a platform for pro-active two-way discussion on terminal operations, environmental performance and opportunities for mutually beneficial involvement in NCIG and community activities.
The group plays a vital role in ensuring that NCIG’s work is grounded in community voices, values, and priorities. Members will have the opportunity to provide input on our projects, help guide our engagement efforts and help positively influence terminal practices and community outcomes.
We’re looking for a diverse group of individuals who are interested in:
- Sharing your perspectives on current and future projects
- Helping to ensure our work reflects community needs and values
- Collaborating with others who are passionate about making a positive impact.
CEG meetings are held three times per year at our site in Kooragang, with in-person attendance encouraged. Whether you’ve been connected to NCIG for some time or are just getting to know us, we welcome your interest.
