In late June, NCIG kicked-off their community site tour program, a new initiative to engage with the local community. Our first group, Fingal Bay Probus, were presented with some interesting facts about the terminal then taken around site for a close-up look at the critical service NCIG provides to the Hunter Valley Coal Chain.
The tours give visitors the opportunity to interact with NCIG employees and learn about the day-to-day operations. NCIG hope the community site tours will provide a better understanding of operations to people who are interested in the running of a coal export terminal.
