Lauren joined NCIG in 2009 as Safety Lead and was promoted to Manager – People & Culture in 2020. In her current role, she leads the organisation’s people strategies and drives the development of a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
With over 20 years’ experience in infrastructure and mining across the Hunter Valley, Lauren brings a depth of expertise in both workplace health and safety and organisational culture. She holds a Bachelor of Occupational Health & Safety and a Master of Human Resource Management, both from the University of Newcastle.
