Lauren joined NCIG in 2009 in the role of Safety Lead, before being promoted to her current role of Manager – People & Culture in 2020. She is responsible for driving the organisation’s people initiatives and culture development.
Lauren has extensive experience in all areas of workplace health and safety and workforce culture. Her background in infrastructure and mining spans more than 15 years throughout the Hunter Valley region, and holds a Bachelor of Occupational Health & Safety and a Masters in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Newcastle.
